StreamLeadX sends conversational text messages on behalf of businesses to people who called those businesses, and messages to people who asked us about StreamLeadX on this website and opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Texts to website inquirers

If you submit the demo form and check the consent box, StreamLeadX may text you about that inquiry, for example to answer a question or arrange a demo. Those texts come from StreamLeadX. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can email contact@streamleadx.com instead of opting in.

The consent box says: "I agree to receive SMS messages from the business I am contacting regarding my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions."

Marketing or promotional texts are sent only to people who have checked the separate marketing consent box, and this consent is never a condition of purchase.

Texts on behalf of a business

If you call a business and nobody answers, that business can forward the unanswered call to its dedicated StreamLeadX number. StreamLeadX may then text you from that dedicated number about the call you placed. The text is a conversation on behalf of the business you called. It is not sent from the shop's own phone line. The business receives a summary so it can follow up. The business is responsible for using this program in line with the law and with carrier rules.

Frequency, rates, STOP, and HELP

• Reply STOP to opt out. We will not send further texts to that number, other than a single confirmation if the carrier sends one.
• Reply HELP for help, or email contact@streamleadx.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

For website inquiry texts, you can also email contact@streamleadx.com and ask us to stop. For a thread with a business, STOP to that dedicated StreamLeadX number stops further texts from that number.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.

Opt-in data is not shared or sold

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We use processors, including Twilio, to send the messages. Processors may not use opt-in data for their own marketing. We share a caller's request with the business they called so that business can respond. We do not sell mobile numbers.
